It’s also a great way to socialise and get to know other people in your neighbourhood.

If you are quite computer savvy – then creating an eBay account could be the way forward.  The great thing about selling items on eBay is that you can fit it around your everyday life and what you are doing with the kids. 

It’s quick for you to simply take photos and upload them to your account, and as people can place bids for the items – the likelihood is that you might get more money for them.
