- 1 cup of oats
- 1 large ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of eggs white
- 4 tsps. of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 scoop of Naked Whey
- 2 tbsp. of flax meal
The process of making these banana pancakes is super simple and easy to do. You won’t need to worry about spending too much time in the kitchen to whip up these treats.
Simply put all the ingredients in a blender and blend at medium speed until everything is well mixed. We recommend adding the protein powder last.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat before adding the batter in small circles. When the edges start to look dry and there are bubbles on the top of the batter, flip the pancake and cook for another minute.
