Cardiff

The capital city of Wales has become one of Britain’s fastest growing cities. It’s undergone huge redevelopments and is almost unrecognisable from five years ago. The centre of Cardiff is now awash with shops and a huge shopping centre. You can find many of the world’s top brands and restaurants as you stroll through the city. You’ll also get to experience some of the famous Welsh culture by visiting landmarks like the ageing Cardiff Castle.

Then you can take a trip down to the bay and see some excellent scenery by the sea. The Mermaid Quay in Cardiff Bay has seen vast improvements and is now a hub of entertainment. It hosts many restaurants and bars, not to mention the odd food festival throughout the year. All this is held in the shadow of the unique Millennium Centre, which shows some of the best plays/musicals around. Cardiff is a modern city that has something for everyone and is becoming a hot tourist location in the UK.

 

Blackpool

Blackpool is truly one of the UK’s finest seaside resorts! There’re plenty of things for you to do while you visit this marvelous place. The first thing you’ll notice is the iconic Blackpool Tower, one of Britain’s most established landmarks. It’s a source of enjoyment for every tourist, with a 4D viewing cinema on top and plays performed in the dungeon on the bottom.

Then there’s the perfect promenade that’s brilliant for you to walk down every morning, noon and night! Not to mention some of the fantastic botanical gardens and art museums that grace this town. Eating in Blackpool has improved over the years, and there are now plenty of fine dining experiences to choose from. Anyone who’s been to Blackpool will tell you that there’s endless fun to be had while you’re there. Blackpool is a wonderful place to visit for a weekend away or a full blown two-week holiday!

 

London

Undoubtedly the most popular city to visit in the entire United Kingdom. London is jam packed full of awesome things to do and see. There are numerous attractions like the London Eye, Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. With so many iconic things to see, the hardest part is fitting it all into your stay.

The city of London is also awash with culture, from numerous museums to the diverse restaurants that grace the streets. You also have the many designer shops to choose from, as well as a range of world class hotels to sleep in. Not forgetting all the theatres and stadiums that host some of the most famous names in music and theatre throughout the year. There’s honestly no end to what you can do in London, everyone can find something they’ll enjoy.
